FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most.

  • We're in-network with several major insurers and offer transparent self-pay rates. Reach out and we'll confirm your specific plan before your first visit.

  • For psychiatric evaluation and medication management, research consistently shows telehealth is as effective as in-person care for most adults. You can switch formats anytime.

  • Most new patients are seen within 5 to 10 business days. If you're in urgent need, please call 988 or go to your nearest emergency department.

  • When clinically appropriate and in line with state and federal regulations, yes. Decisions are always based on a thorough evaluation, not first-visit requests.

  • We work with adults age 18 and older, including older adults and professionals navigating high-pressure environments.
